An informational website
This website explains SimpleCare Insurance services and helps you request an appointment. It is not the Health Insurance Marketplace, not HealthCare.gov, and not a government website. Eligibility for Marketplace coverage and financial help is decided by the Marketplace, not by this website.
No promise of coverage or price
The information on this website is general. It does not promise that you will be approved for coverage, that a particular plan will be available to you, or what your premium will be. You may qualify for financial help depending on your household income and size, and your agent confirms the actual numbers with you at your appointment.
Third-party services
Booking an appointment uses Google Calendar, and the New Client form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Both are operated by companies other than SimpleCare Insurance, and their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website is the one that applies.
