Book a free appointment with a licensed agent

Appointments with SimpleCare Insurance are free and carry no obligation. You choose your agent — Maria Padrón, Harry Froget or Diego Froget, all of whom speak Spanish — and meet in person at our Miami office or by phone. Insurance and Simple Tax appointments are booked on separate schedules, and tax appointments are offered in English and in Spanish.

Can I get health insurance if I am not a U.S. citizen?

To enroll through the Marketplace you generally need to be lawfully present in the United States and not have access to other qualifying coverage; many lawfully present immigrants qualify for coverage and for financial help. Bring your immigration document and an estimate of your yearly income and we will check your eligibility together, free.

Do you charge for your help?

No. SimpleCare Insurance is paid by the insurance carrier when you enroll, so the appointment, the plan comparison, the application and your renewals cost you nothing. Simple Tax charges separately for tax preparation, and you are told that price before any work begins.

When can I enroll in a health plan?

Open Enrollment for the coming plan year runs Nov 1 – Dec 15. Outside that window you can enroll if a qualifying life event opens a Special Enrollment Period, for example a move, marriage, new baby or loss of other coverage. Dates can differ in states that run their own Exchange. We can check your situation, free.

Can I keep my doctor?

Often, but it must be checked plan by plan. Every plan has its own provider network and drug list, so bring the names of your doctors and your current medicines to the appointment. We look each one up in the plans available to you before you enroll, rather than after.

What to bring

The documents depend on whether the appointment is for insurance or taxes. Bring sensitive documents in person, or ask your agent for a secure link.
